How to Make It
Heat juice, gelatin and 1 tablespoon sugar in a large saucepan over medium until gelatin and sugar dissolve, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in Campari. Divide among 25 2-oz. shot glasses and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. On a plate, combine orange zest and remaining 1 tsp. sugar. Dip the rim of each shot glass into the sugar mixture to coat, patting gently with your fingers, if necessary, to help sugar adhere.
