- 3/4 cup fresh herb leaves (such as parsley, tarragon, or mint), chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds Bibb or Boston lettuce, torn (about 24 cups)
- Combine the herbs, oil, lemon juice, chives, 1½ teaspoons salt, and ¾ teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add the lettuce and toss to combine.
