Ingredients 3 large eggs 3 ½ cups whole milk ¼ cup pure maple syrup, plus more for serving 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, divided, plus more for greasing 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 2 cups mixed berries, sliced if strawberries ½ cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted Directions Preheat oven to 400°F.
