How to Make It
Step 1
Heat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl, toss together the panko, Parmesan, oil, oregano, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes in a baking dish, overlapping them slightly. Sprinkle with the panko mixture and bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

This was delicious. Even better the day after, on a toasted baguette! I, too, had to increase baking time by a few minutes, and broiled for the last five.

So easy and so good. I used Italian seasoned panko and skipped the oregano. Also, my tomatoes were not very ripe so I ended up baking them for about 45 minutes - perfect!!

THIS IS SO DELICIOUS! easy and great as a side dish for whatever you want. or if your just craving some yummy tomatoes. one of my all time faves for sure!
