Trust us, once you’ve tried it, you’ll never turn back. The combination of sweet, salty, and creamy is satisfying yet simple. Ingredients 12 ounces Medjool dates, pitted 4 ounces Soft goat cheese 16 ounces Bacon slices, each one cut in half Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice a small slot into the side of each date and stuff the inside with goat cheese. Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon and poke a toothpick through.
