Consider this three-ingredient holiday appetizer your new favorite nibble.
Bacon wrapped dates are delightful—but have you ever had one that was stuffed with goat cheese? Trust me, once you’ve tried it, you’ll never turn back. The combination of sweet, salty, and creamy is so satisfying yet so simple.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice a small slot into the side of each date and stuff the inside with goat cheese.
Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon and poke a toothpick through.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes. Flip dates over and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
