Bacon-wrapped dates are delightful—but have you ever had one that was stuffed with goat cheese? Trust us, once you’ve tried it, you’ll never turn back. The combination of sweet, salty, and creamy is satisfying yet simple.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Medjool dates, pitted

  • 4 ounces Soft goat cheese

  • 16 ounces Bacon slices, each one cut in half

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice a small slot into the side of each date and stuff the inside with goat cheese.

  2. Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon and poke a toothpick through.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes. Flip dates over and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
