Good Recipe, my wife really enjoyed this last evening. I only quartered the baby bok choy before putting it into the parchment paper, it was not cooked enough. Next time I will precook it some before assembling the ingredients. Thanks for the recipe.
made this last night, it was fantastic. Simple, easy recipe but i did make extra sauce to pour over the brown rice. I'll make this again for sure, hopefully soon
