How to Make It

Step 1

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, heat the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and jam, stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. 

Step 2

Stir in the cream, vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cool slightly. Spoon over ice cream.
