This cake is delicious but it definitely needs more spices. Also, do not attempt to remove it from the pan while it's still warm as the directions instruct. I just did this and the cake split apart coming out of the pan so now I have to make another one. Let it cool completely before removing it. I baked it for more than 30 minutes and it still could've been baked a little longer.
