Get a pair (or two) before they sell out.
When stationery and lifestyle company Rifle Paper Co. and Keds launched its first collection of sneakers for spring 2017, the designs were so popular that they sold out quickly, leaving some fans in despair (including this editor who finally got a pair when they restocked a few months later). Now they’re debuting a second collection, just in time for fall—perfect for that summer to autumn wardrobe transition or back-to-school outfits.
The second collection features five options: the Champion canvas sneaker in Herb Garden (which has beautiful embroidery detail); the Triple Decker slip-on in Scarlet Birch (a very autumnal orange hue); and the Champion, Kickstart, and Kickstart high-top in Queen Anne (a metallic foil design in black or cream). The shoes retail for $55-$70, depending on the design. You can wear them on a casual Friday at the office, while running errands, or out doing fall-inspired activities like apple- or pumpkin-picking.
“The response to our collaboration with Keds has been overwhelmingly positive,” Anna Bond, co-founder and creative director at Rifle Paper Co., said in a press release. “The shoes have been must-have items for fans of both Rifle Paper Co. and Keds. We’re excited to provide our customers with another collection of designs, and look forward to continuing what has proven to be a truly authentic partnership.”
