The company just re-stocked these coveted slides and added one new color and one new style.
Exactly a year ago, Everlane introduced one of its most popular products to date: a minimalist summer slide called the Form Sandal ($188, everlane). With their wide straps and cushioned, contoured footbed that conforms to the shape of your foot, these shoes were designed to give Birkenstocks a run for their money—except with Italian leather upper and a more streamlined (and cork-free) sole. All this comfort and style came at the very reasonable price of $118. It's no surprise that the Form Sandal sold out almost immediately after it debuted—and then it sold out again when it was re-stocked last July.
But the Form Sandal is back—and this time Everlane stepped up its game. The company added a happy new color to the roster: spicy Paprika joins a collection of eight hues in total (most of them more subdued). A brand new style has been brought into the fold, too. Originally available in crossover and single-strap styles, the company has eschewed the single-strap version and added a double-strap pair in five colorways (some with black-ribbon detailing).
The sandals have been described by hundreds of obsessed customers as "comfortable and stylish," "casual yet still dressy" and "would wear this every day if I could." If history has taught us anything, though, it's that—true to Form—these sleek, deliciously comfortable sandals won't be in stock very long. So fire up your clicking finger before the dog days of summer kick in.
