Since Urban Decay launched its Naked Heat Palette last June, it's quickly become a cult-favorite beauty product. Filled with 12 amber-hued neutrals, from smoldering reddish-brown to a shimmery ivory shade, this basic eyeshadow palette works on almost everyone. Now, to the delight of Urban Decay fans everywhere, the company shared on Instagram that it is launching a mini version of the popular palette, called the Naked Petite Heat Palette.

While the original palette boasts 12 shades of eyeshadow, the new smaller take on the classic has been condensed down to six colors. The tiny palette comes with five matte shades and one demi-matte highlighter, all housed in a slim case with a mirror that's small enough to throw into your purse, carry-on bag, or desk drawer. When you need to transition your look from day to night or weekday to weekend, pull out this palette to oomph up your eye makeup.

The full-size Naked Heat Palette may cost $54, but the mini version is priced at a very reasonable $29. Test out the colors before you splurge on the complete palette, or buy the smaller version for travel so you can leave your bulkier makeup kit at home.

And if you thought for a second that the palette's shades might be difficult to pull off, check out campaign model Nicole Richie in the shot above, which Urban Decay shared on Instagram. The eyeshadow ups the drama, yet the bold neutrals keep the look natural.

On the brand's Instagram story, Urban Decay announced that the palette will launch in the U.S. on February 22, according to Allure. Can't wait until then? Don't worry, the Naked Basics Eyeshadow Palette can help tide you over.
