Amazon isn’t the only company offering sample boxes of popular productsTarget is helping customers beautify on a budget.

Each month, Target releases the Beauty Box, a low-cost package containing various cosmetic products. The online-only May offer is valued at $32.75, and includes Nexxus hair products, face wash, a pore purifying clay mask, and a tube of liquid lipstick. Customers can pay $10 to have their box delivered for free. The only additional fee is the estimated tax, which is $0.69.

April’s selections are still available for $7 and each box includes samples of two facial cleansers, Sally Hansen two-in-one nail polish, conditioner with argan oil, bath oils, Rimmel Colour Precise White Eyeliner, and Banana Boat sunscreen. The package is valued at $24.

According to a press release, the sampling offer started in May 2013 to allow customers to try out products from both well-known companies and less familiar brands.

“Beauty Box is Target’s spin on a service that we’re excited to test with our guests,” Dan Dutton, the strategy analyst behind Target’s Beauty Box, said in the 2013 release. “We think it’ll be a great way to reinforce Target as a top beauty destination.”

The box is only available for customers located in the contiguous United States, as they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other U.S. territories. Each customer can only purchase one box per order. And—just in case—dissatisfied shoppers can return their box to any Target store or on Target.com within 90 days of the ship date.
