The hue is a classic fan favorite.

Mandy Moore had a lot to celebrate at the Emmys this weekend—her show This Is Us (we are anxiously awaiting the second season) racked up some nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, and she showed off her new engagement ring. The actress sported some serious style on the red carpet, with a black and white Carolina Herrera dress, custom Jennifer Meyer jewelry, and an elegant updo.

While those of us at home might not be able to sport a designer dress and jewelry, we can get some (affordable and achievable) inspiration from her Emmys beauty look. Luckily for us, Moore and her glam squad gave us an inside look at the products they used to get her all dolled up for the big awards show.

She went two-tone for her manicure with a “vintage-inspired half-moon design” using Essie’s Muchi Muchi ($9; amazon.com) and Ballet Slippers ($9; amazon.com—which is also Queen Elizabeth II’s favorite polish color). The half-moon manicure isn’t as hard as you think and can be easily achieved at home—use round paper hole reinforcement stickers instead of making the designs freehand (you can take a look at our tutorial here).

To complete her makeup look, Moore’s makeup artist, Jenn Streicher, gave her a bold lip. Streicher shared on an Instagram post that she used Laura Mercier’s Velour Lovers Lip Color in French Kiss ($28; sephora.com), a matte lipstick in a vibrant pink hue.

And for a finishing touch before heading out the door, Moore’s hairstylist, Ashley Streicher, applied Garnier Sleek & Shine Anti-Humidity Hairspray ($8; amazon.com) to her updo so it could hold up during the show and after-parties. The actress is a new spokesperson for Garnier.

Moore was so happy about her look, writing on her Instagram, “Most importantly, it does take a village to get ready for these things and I couldn't be luckier to share these experiences with my friends and reap the benefits of their artistry: @jennstreicher, @ecduzit, & @streicherhair. Thank you & love you ladies to the moon and back!!”
