Known for sheer makeup formulas, dewy skin inducing skincare, and ultra inclusive ad campaigns, the wildly popular millennial beauty brand Glossier is now dipping its toe into fragrance. And as you may have guessed, it's all about enhancing your own personal scent. The press release explains, “mostly it smells like you: that familiar human-y note that makes up the body of what you’re smelling. Creamy, salty, warm, clean. That’s You.”

Aptly named Glossier You, the fragrance is made up of three base notes; ambrette, ambrox, and musk, and two top notes; iris root, and pink pepper. “We carefully picked the most skin-like notes (Ambrette, Ambrox, Iris, and Musk) and perfectly balanced them to recreate a beautiful yet real scent that smells just like you, but better,” explains Glossier.

The brand also worked hard to ensure that the scent goes the distance. “Unlike other fragrances that morph throughout the day, Glossier You stays true to its essence. Always long wearing and never overpowering, it won’t change into something (or someone) else.” 

The juice is housed in a light pink bottle with an embossed signature ‘G’ and a red lid. The 50-millilitre fragrance is available starting today for $60 at glossier.com. Here's to hoping it smells like me on a clean day rather than my just-left-the-gym scent.
