The elegant look was created with help from NARS Cosmetics.
Though Emma Stone might have lost the Best Actress race yesterday at the 75th Golden Globe Awards, her beauty look was considered an overall winner of the evening. Her bold but soft look incorporated purple, emerald green, and white shades, shades picked by Rachel Goodwin, Stone’s makeup artist and NARS director, to symbolize the shades 19th-century feminists wore. “I wanted the beauty to reflect the feeling of this evening. For the look, I incorporated… colors that I feel inspire hope, purity, and royalty,” she said. Goodwin also did Game of Throne’s Lena Hadley look for the evening.
Want to copy Stone’s look for date night or another special event? Here, the products Rachel Goodwin used to create the lively look.
Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation
The Golden Globes usually run long—this year’s broadcast itself lasted a little over three hours—so, a long lasting foundation is imperative for walking the red carpet, the ceremony itself, and after parties that last well into the night. This foundation is transfer-resistant, sweat-resistant, and lasts up to 16 hours. Perfect for a long event, or even just a long day at work. Available in 33 shades.
