These New Lipsticks Were Inspired by Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth
Give your makeup routine a royal refresh.
Charlotte Tilbury is known for naming her lipsticks after her muses. There's a rose petal pink hue for Nicole Kidman, a nude pink for Penelope Cruz, a mauve matte for Cindy Crawford, and now she's launched two new shades inspired by Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth II.
Legendary Queen is a soft wine color in a matte formula. It's long-lasting, so you won't have to worry about it fading during your royal soirees, but when you do reapply, it won't be cake-y either.
The other new shade is The Duchess, which was of course inspired by Kate Middleton. We can completely imagine the Duchess of Cambridge rocking the charming tea-rose pink. The soon-to-be-royal Meghan Markle would also wear it well.
And just in time for Queen Elizabeth II's 66th anniversary of being on the throne, Charlotte Tilbury is combining the two new royal hues with the original best-selling "The Queen" shade for an adorable royal-themed set ($85; charlottetilbury.com). The kit comes with all three royal-inspired shades, housed in a London-themed memento box.
