The Disney Shop may look like a kids' store at first glance, but linger on the website's pages a little longer and you'll notice it's actually an adult's sanctuary. With tons of Disney memorabilia and knick-knacks, it's impossible not to feel a little sentimental while perusing the goods, especially when so many items harness that classic 90s aesthetic.

Well, the Magical Online Kingdom is about to get even more magical. From 12:01 am July 12 to 11:59 pm on the 16th, Disney is offering a Friends & Family discount of 25 percent off on its online shop. The discount will be applied upon checkout with the promo code DISNEYPAL. There are some exclusions to the Disney Shop's promotion, many of which include the bigger brands in the clothes and beauty categories as well as some electronics, jewelry, and collectibles. Lucky for you, the Disney Shop has a lot more to offer beyond those restrictions.

If you're looking for a healthy dose of nostalgia on top of nostalgia, check out our top six '90s-themed picks included in the Disney Shop's 2018 Friends & Family Sale. (All prices listed are prior to the discount.)

Fanny packs in the '90s were effortless dad cool (is that a triple oxymoron?). Now, people are slinging fanny packs around their shoulders for a kind of cross-body (more effortful, if you ask me) look. With an old-school black fanny that has a touch of Mickey Mouse embroidery, though, you don't need to wear it any fancy way for it to be cool now.

Disney and '90s grunge doesn't make sense in theory, but in practice it's a surprising success. Peter Pan in particular is a nice cherry on top of the flannel shirt because who wants to grow out of the '90s?

I don't know about you, but oversized denim jackets are one of my favorite recycled trends. The whole fitted jean jacket of the early 2000s didn't make as much sense to me because how can I layer a T-shirt and hoodie underneath? Then you're just the Michelin Man, smacking people in the school hall ways with your immobile arms.

I digress: This loose-fit, light-wash denim jacket with a minimalist Minnie Mouse pattern is a '90s girl's dream wardrobe staple.

The first time I remember seeing a cropped shirt was on "Saved by the Bell," and I exclusively dressed my Barbie dolls in styles inspired by Kelly, Lisa, and Jessie for the entire next decade. "The Lion King" came out around the same time I was first inspired by the ladies of Bayside High, making "Hakuna Matata" a natural catch phrase for the back of a cropped sweatshirt with a puff-ink sunset.

In a way, "Star Wars" defies linearity and transcends time. A lunch tote and sandwich bag with graphics like this, however, cannot distance themselves too much from the '90s.

Will Smith rocked bright snapback hats all through the '90s on "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," irrevocably connecting the look to the decade. This vintage-stylized baseball hat features a mesh back and soft flat bill, making it the ultimate throwback to become a comeback.
