October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which aims to empower women to take charge of their own health, get the necessary information they need for their personal care and treatment, and spread awareness to those not battling the disease. Given that 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime, according to the American Cancer Society, spreading awareness of the disease is crucial.
In recent years, more and more brands have gotten involved in the fight against breast cancer, making it easier than ever to give for the cause.
