Susannah Felts is a Nashville-based writer and editor with more than 20 years experience in culture, health, arts, and lifestyle writing and reporting. She has written for the Chicago Reader, the Nashville Scene, Southern Living, Health, Oxford American, Better Homes and Gardens, Real Simple, and many other publications. Felts is the cofounder and codirector of The Porch, a nonprofit literary arts organization, and author of "This Will Go Down on Your Permanent Record," published by Featherproof Books.
