Timeline: Items shipped between November 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011, may be returned until January 31, 2012, for a full refund.
Fees/Conditions: 50 percent reduction in value of items returned after more than 30 days if opened, used, damaged; for unopened, non-media
items returned after 30 days, 80 percent refund of item value.
