If you're looking for a change at work—and maybe even a relocation—you may want to make sure the city you're moving to is worth the hassle. Glassdoor, a career site and network, has released its list of the 25 best cities to work in, based on a formula of job availability, cost of living, and job satisfaction. Raleigh, N.C. had the highest score—a 4.1 out of 5. According to Glassdoor, the highest-rated cities offered employees "a stable career... and the feeling that they can get ahead and eventually own a home." You'll notice that, of the major cities, Manhattan doesn't make the list, likely due to the high cost of living. See the top 25 cities below, and for the full report and methodology, visit Glassdoor.com.
