While his unofficial training took place in his grandparents' kitchen, Nathan graduated with honors from SCSCA's Le Cordon Bleu. He was also chosen as a finalist in the second season of The Next Food Network Star. Nathan has appeared in The Washington Post as well as Experience Life Magazine and writes his own blog for Discovery Health.
