Lana began competing in fitness modeling in 2005 as a way to get back in shape after the birth of her first daughter. Fitness became a major part of her life, and she enjoys sharing her knowledge with other mothers. She has worked in the entertainment industry, participating in television shows, print ads, and commercials. She also reported from the International Film Festival and the 10,000 B.C. movie premiere. Most recently, she hosted the American Gladiator tryouts and the Step Up 2 Red Carpet movie premiere; she has also been interviewed for Ironman Magazine and Oxygen.
