A busy, working mother and a seasoned TV personality, Kit will guide her dream team of experts and the real women featured on the show through comprehensive lifestyle makeovers.

Kit was part of the first season of MTV's Road Rules and then hosted ESPN2's morning program, Cold Pizza. She also served as a guest judge on ESPN's reality contest, Dream Job, and has been a correspondent for the Fox News Channel, American Journal, and the TV Guide Channel. Kit has also appeared frequently as a guest host on The View.

Kit received a B.A. in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
