In a large bowl, gently combine the beef, egg, Parmesan, ≤ teaspoon salt, and the nutmeg.In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and milk. Let stand until absorbed, about 3 minutes, and add to the beef.Squeeze any excess water from the spinach, add to the beef, and mix gently.Shape into 20 meatballs. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.Brown the meatballs, about 7 minutes.Add the sauce and simmer for 6 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.

  1. Check 1 pound ground beef
  2. Check 1 egg
  3. Check 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  4. Check Kosher salt
  5. Check 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  6. Check 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  7. Check 1/3 cup whole milk
  8. Check 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  9. Check 1 tablespoon olive oil
  10. Check 1 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
