Citrus Salad with Honey and Mint

With a knife, cut away the peel and white pith of the grapefruit and orange and slice the fruit into rounds. Arrange the slices on individual plates. Drizzle with the honey and top with the mint.  

Ingredients

  1. Check 1 grapefruit
  2. Check 1 navel orange
  3. Check 2 teaspoons honey
  4. Check 2 small sprigs fresh mint

Directions
