Citrus Salad with Honey and Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 navel orange
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 small sprigs fresh mint

Directions

  1. With a knife, cut away the peel and white pith of the grapefruit and orange and slice the fruit into rounds. 
  2. Arrange the slices on individual plates. Drizzle with the honey and top with the mint.

Quick Tip

Refrigerate ripe apples in their own drawer. The fruit emits a natural gas that can cause other food to wilt.
