In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Eligibility: The "16 in Paradise" Sweepstakes, Brought to you by Real Simple and Atlantis (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia (U.S.), age 18 or older at time of entry. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.

Employees of Real Simple, a division of Time Inc. Lifestyle Group (formerly known as Southern Living, Inc.) (the "Sponsor") and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, their advertisers and prize providers, and the immediate family members of and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Method #1: Visit http://www.realsimple.com/atlantis and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, August 10, 2009, and 11:59 PM ("ET") on Thursday, September 24, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the privacy policy. Limit: One online entry per email address per day. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Method #2: Mail a post card, including your name, complete address, phone number and email address to: "16 in Paradise" Sweepstakes, Brought to you by Real Simple and Atlantis, c/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail, Bldg. 2, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625. Each post card must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Monday, August 10, 2009, and Thursday, September 24, 2009, and received by Thursday, October 1, 2009. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Prize/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize being offered: $37,135.00.

One (1) Grand Prize of a 4-day/3-night trip for Sixteen (16) people to The Reef, Atlantis, Bahamas.

The Trip includes round trip economy air transportation for sixteen (16) from a major airport nearest winner's home to the Bahamas (ARV: $12,800); Transfers between the airport and hotel on the island for sixteen (16) (ARV: $400): Hotel accommodations that include two 1-bedroom suites (ARV:$6,450) and Three Studios (ARV:$4,725) at The Reef, Atlantis for 4-days/3-nights including taxes and gratuities (ARV:$6,400); a private dolphin interaction for your group of up to sixteen (16) (ARV: $1,600); Daily casual dining plan for all, which includes breakfast and dinner for Ten (10) Adult Casual Dining Plans at $80 each (ARV: $3,200) and Six (6) Child Casual Dining Plans at $65 each (ARV: $1,560). TOTAL ARV: $37,135.00.

Ground transportation, meals not listed above, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included.

Winner and travel companions must be available to travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for passports and any other required travel documents. If the total cost of airfare for each traveler exceeds $800, winner will be responsible for the difference. If the total cost is less, winner will not receive the difference.

In the event winner resides within 100 miles of destination city, air transportation portion of prize will not be included and no additional compensation will be provided.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest winner's home to the destination city. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize is dependent upon airport of departure. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.

Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel.

The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or U.S. mail, and will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of winner notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). A Travel Companion Liability waiver will also be required for the travel companions accompanying the winner on the trip. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected.

Travel companions of the Grand Prize winner {or Grand Prize winner on behalf of travel companion(s) if travel companion(s) is a minor) will be required to sign and execute, forty-five (45 ) days prior to the trip departure date, a Travel Companion Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release.

Said releases grant the Sponsor the right to use winner's and travel companions' names, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All Participants agree that the Sponsor shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Sweepstakes participants, winner and winner's guest for any liability, loss, injury, damage (including death) due to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance and use or misuse of the prize offered. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

Grand Prize winners and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., passport and valid photo ID) in order to travel. All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply and trip must be booked a minimum of 21 days prior to departure date. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.

Trip must be redeemed by 12/16/2010. Prize is subject to availability, and some restrictions apply.

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received, but is estimated at 1:100,000.

Random Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and will take place on or about Monday, October 5, 2009, at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.

Prize package will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after the winner is verified. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the Releases on the minor winner's behalf and accompany winner on getaway. Prize is non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse.

Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except if prize offered is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes, if applicable. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other agencies affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

General: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes, which, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the affected portion of the sweepstakes and to select winners from entries received prior to such an action.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize.

Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to Entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners.
