Use a lavender shade on the lids, but go a bit darker around the corners of the eyes; try an eggplant shade. Apply powdered liner (eye shadow works fine) on the top lid but an eggplant waterproof liner along the bottom lash line so makeup won't run if you cry. Brush a gray tone into the crease of the lid for drama, and a lot more mascara than you’d use for a daytime look.
