Wedding Look: Spring Sparkle
Step 4
Lavenders and other soft colors create an angelic look. Use loose powder on eyes; the pigment is richer in color, and a little goes a long way. To apply, dab your brush in a container and shake off any excess. Apply liner at the base of the eyelashes and on the lashes to add volume without eyes looking “too done.” Use a tiny wand to apply mascara to each lash individually.
