Having 100 guests? Then you’ll need 12 bottles of red and 12 bottles of white. Hosting 150? Up the vino to 18 bottles of each. Whether you’re serving champagne only or having a full-blown bar, your goal is to have enough liquor on hand to last as long as your party does (figure about four hours.)
