Cape Codder: 1 1/2 ounces vodka, 3 ounces cranberry juice, lime wedge.

Cosmopolitan: 1 ounce vodka, 1/2 ounce Cointreau, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce cranberry juice, lime wedge.

Gin fizz: 2 ounces gin, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 dash simple syrup, club soda.

Gin rickey: 2 ounces gin, juice of 1 lime, 2 dashes simple syrup, club soda, lime wedge.

Manhattan: 1 1/4 ounces bourbon, 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, 1 dash Angostura bitters, maraschino cherry.

Martini: 3 ounces gin or vodka, dry vermouth to taste, lemon twist or olive.

Old-fashioned: 2 to 3 ounces bourbon, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1 dash simple syrup, lemon twist, maraschino cherry.

Rob Roy: 1 1/2 ounces scotch, 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, lemon twist.

Tom Collins: 2 ounces gin, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 dash simple syrup, club soda, maraschino cherry.

Whiskey collins: 2 ounces bourbon, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 dash simple syrup, 4 ounces club soda.

Whiskey sour: 1 1/2 ounces bourbon, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1 dash simple syrup.
