The Program
Warm-up
March in place for two minutes, swinging your arms and lifting your knees high.

Workout
  • Dynamic push-up; then roll into frog, ending in position for another dynamic push-up. Go slowly enough to maintain control. Do 15 repetitions.
  • Supported side crunches, 15 reps on each side.
  • Rolling reverse planks, 15 reps.
  • Repeat the four- move sequence two more times.
