Eye Shadow for Round Eyes
Apply a dark shadow into the top lash line, using a flat brush (if you don’t have one, it’s a good investment). Extend the line just past the outer corner.
From the outer corner, draw a line about a quarter inch long up into the crease.
Blend with a cotton swab. Use the swab to smudge dark shadow under the outer half of the lower lashes.
