I Have No Time: 10 Months Later
“I feel years younger. I realized that I can’t use ‘I’m too busy’ as an excuse anymore. I talked
to my kids about doing more around the house, and it has shaved a half hour off my day. I get up early and do 20 minutes of exercise. I also joined Curves. It’s right near the train station, so I go three times a week. My upper body is looking great. Working out has also been great for my everyday stress. I sleep like a rock.”
