Best part: The seven–whole-grain pilaf rich, nutty, and “chewy in a good way.” The chicken-breast slices were moist and tender; the sugar snap peas, sweet and slightly crunchy. The light lemon, rosemary, and white-wine sauce perfectly complemented both.
Runner-up: Lean Cuisine Fiesta Grilled Chicken, $3.50
Tasters were wowed by the herb-coated chunks of white-meat chicken. Black and pinto beans, corn, and sweet roasted red and yellow bell peppers dotted the creamy Spanish-style rice like confetti. The meal was lightly spiced, with herbs and bits of chili peppers adding flavor.
