Testers loved the sauce on this pizza, which is made from organic tomatoes and has a “sweet, natural plum-tomato taste” with “just a bit of a spicy kick.” Everyone liked the “rustic olive-oil flavor” of the crust, which baked up with a tender, “foccacia-like texture,” but it did have a “curious orange tint.”
