Transform Blank Walls with 3-D Art
Make a big, blank wall stand out, literally, with large-scale, three-dimensional pieces that enliven the surface with texture and color.
Mio V2 Wallpaper
Stylish. Inexpensive. Eco-friendly. There’s lots to love about these incredibly light molded tiles (shown)
made from recycled paper. Each measures one square foot.
The backing is nonstick, so use
a wall adhesive, such as 3M Command Poster Strips (about
$3 at office-supply stores),
which work on most surfaces. Place adhesive on each corner and press each tile firmly
onto the wall. Dust to keep clean. Remove by peeling from the corners.
Sticker Price: $28 to $34 for a set of 12. Two three-dimensional patterns are available in orange, white, natural, or lime.

Wallter Paintable Wall Applications
Sold in packets with five to eight geometric pieces, these three-dimensional wooden applications can be arranged in loose patterns or in tighter, concentric forms. The pieces measure 1/2 inch deep and come primed
in matte white, ready to paint any color you choose. Intended for onetime use, the tape backing is especially strong. To remove the wooden pieces, gently tap them at an angle with a hammer.
Sticker Price: $42 to $300
a set. Shapes include circles, squares, rectangles, hexagons, and starbursts in assorted sizes, from 6 to 44 inches.
