    How to Peel a Sweet Potato
    Rinse and dry the sweet potato. Hold one end and rest the other on a cutting board. With a swivel or a Y-shaped peeler, scrape downward and away from yourself. Use the pointed end of the peeler to scoop out any remaining eyes. (Also works for regular potatoes.)
