Make It Yours: Select size (small to extra-large), fabric (ballistic or Cordura nylon), color (up to 22 choices), configuration, features (like that center divider), and accessories.
Returns: You're entitled to a return (for merchandise credit) only if there is a defect.

Make It Yours: Choose the colors for no fewer than seven different parts of the bag from the reflective panels to the zipper pulls. Monogram it for $5.

Returns: Review your fabric choices carefully; the company doesn't accept returns on custom orders. (Soon, however, new software will allow you to see what your bag will look like.)
