Textures: Whole (plain or fire roasted), diced (plain or fire roasted), crushed (fire roasted or with basil), stewed, ground, puree, sauce, paste.
Taste: Muir Glen cans only organic tomatoes. The fire-roasted ones packed an open-fire flavor that "tasted real," but purists thought them "too smoky." Testers rated Muir Glen's sauce thick, with a solid tomato taste.
