STEP 1: Twist off the large claws and break them with a nutcracker. Pull out meat. Repeat with the knuckles.
STEP 2: Twist and separate the tail from the body. Pull off the
tail fins, then insert a small fork into the tail and push the
meat out in one piece. Discard the black vein from the tail meat.
STEP 3: Remove the back shell from the body. Crack the body
lengthwise to expose the meat where the small legs are attached.
Suck the meat from the legs.
