  • The above recipes make enough to fill 6 ice-pop molds (which generally hold 3 ounces each) or six 3-ounce paper cups. Dixie cups are the best makeshift molds, but you can also experiment with tart tins (available at cookware stores), ice-cube trays, and conical water-cooler cups (available at major supermarkets). If you use cups, insert wooden sticks into the semifrozen pops after 90 minutes in the freezer.
