What is your most cherished family tradition?
At family celebrations, in my grandfather’s memory, we always serve a Cuban dish he used to make for us. Whether it’s a birthday, an anniversary, or a meal when we haven’t been together in a while, the tradition of arroz con camarones (rice with shrimp) continues.
