What is your most cherished family tradition?

Every July we head for the same beach where five generations of my family have vacationed since the 1920s. At this quiet spot on the Oregon coast, we spend several days reconnecting, building sand castles, taking long walks, and talking. The best part for me is allowing my daughters and husband to add their own imprint to 80 years of family tradition.
