What is your most cherished family tradition?

My favorite tradition is our weekly family night, when my husband and I and our two boys spend the evening together without letting duties or distractions interfere. It may include an activity, such as canoeing or hiking at the end of a long summer day; performing a service for a person or an organization; playing a game; having a discussion about any topic under the sun; or just making and eating some kind of treat.
