Problem: Shiny wool
Solution: Shiny wool is threadbare wool, and there's not much that
can be done about it. For a temporary pick-me-up, sponge the
surface of the garment with distilled white vinegar, which will
help plump up the fabric. Then brush the wool with a lint brush to
fluff the flattened fibers. Or try dragging a strip of tape across
the fabric's surface to roughen it.
