Place a tray of tulip and paper-white narcissus bulbs, squares of burlap, and a roll of twine by the front door and let guests make their own goody bags. After they choose their bulbs (which can be forced to bloom in the next few months), they can tie them up in a burlap pouch with string. Three or four bulbs per person should be enough to send everyone home happy. (Remind guests that the tulip bulbs need to stay in the refrigerator for about 12 weeks before forcing.)
