How do you make time for yourself?
One day per month, I leave my children with my mother-in-law and visit museums, shop, have coffee, or read a book. Everybody wins: I feel refreshed, my children build a marvelous relationship with their grandmother, and my mother-in-law gets a day off work to spend with her grandchildren.
