How do you keep it all together?

At one time, I was always behind in paying bills because I had no system for making payments. So I arranged to have every bill possible deducted directly from my checking account or my paycheck. I put a recurring reminder in my Visor to pay the remaining bills. And I always open my mail within two days of receiving it.
